God's Will AI is a division of God's Will Media LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or engage us for services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or become a client, together with the details of the work you ask us to do.
- Client business data. When we operate software or advertising on a client's behalf, we handle the business records needed to do that work — for example appointments, tenancy and invoice records, message threads with that business's own customers, and advertising performance data.
- Website usage. Standard server logs for this website, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the services a client has engaged us for.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry, project, or account.
- To create reports for the client whose business the data belongs to.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share client business data with other clients.
Advertising accounts. Where we manage a client's Google Ads account, the client remains the account owner. Access is granted by the client through Google's own account linking, is visible in their account, and can be revoked by them at any time. We access that data only to operate and report on the client's campaigns, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
We use established third-party providers to run our services, including hosting, database, payment processing, email, and messaging providers. These providers process information only to provide their service to us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
Retention
We keep client records for as long as the engagement continues and afterwards for as long as we are required to for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become work are deleted on request.
Security
Access to client systems and data is restricted to the people and services that need it, credentials are stored in access-controlled systems, and administrative actions on client data are logged.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond. If you are a client's customer and your information reached us through that business, we will direct your request to that business, which is the controller of its own records.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
